FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
Ordering, delivery, payment, authenticity and safe use. If yours is not here, ask us on WhatsApp — we will answer it and probably add it to this page.
Ordering & payment
Tap any WhatsApp button on the site. The message is written for you, with the product name already filled in. A real person replies with the current price, confirms stock, and arranges delivery. There is no cart or checkout — deliberately, because almost everybody here prefers to buy this way.
Because import costs and exchange rates move, and a price list on a website goes stale quietly. Quoting on WhatsApp means the number you get is today’s number. Ask and we will tell you straight away — there is no haggling game and no “special price” theatre.
Mobile money (MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo), cash on delivery within Accra, and bank transfer for larger or wholesale orders. For deliveries outside Accra we usually ask for payment before dispatch, since the courier is paid up front.
Yes. Pharmacies, gyms, clinics and retailers are welcome to enquire. Message us on WhatsApp with the products and quantities you have in mind and we will send terms.
Delivery
Anywhere in Ghana. Within Accra and Tema most orders are delivered the same day or the next day. Elsewhere in the country — Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, Cape Coast and everywhere between — it is typically one to three working days through a courier. Message us for the exact timing and cost to your area.
It depends on where you are and the size of the order. We confirm the exact delivery cost on WhatsApp before you pay anything, so there are never surprises at the door.
Yes. Message us first so we can confirm the item is set aside and ready, then come during shop hours.
Yes. We confirm dispatch on WhatsApp and send a photo of your sealed item before it leaves us. For courier deliveries we pass on the tracking details.
Product authenticity & quality
Everything we sell arrives factory-sealed through verified import channels and is sold sealed — we never decant, repack or relabel. Batch codes and expiry dates are checked when stock arrives and again before dispatch, and we will happily send you a photo of the batch code before you pay.
Yes, and we mean that. Send us a photo of the batch code and packaging on WhatsApp and we will help you check it, even though we did not sell it to you. Counterfeit supplements are a genuine problem in this market and everybody is better off when buyers can verify what they have.
Cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Heat and humidity degrade supplements, and Accra supplies plenty of both — how stock is stored between the port and your hand matters as much as where it came from.
Every item carries its original printed expiry date. If something is short-dated we tell you before you buy and price it accordingly. We do not quietly clear short-dated stock.
Using supplements safely
No. They are nutritional supplements intended to support general wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are unwell, please see a doctor — a supplement is not a substitute for medical care.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no — it depends entirely on the medication. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything, and take your full list with you. This matters particularly with blood thinners, blood pressure medication and thyroid medication.
Please ask your doctor or midwife first. Some nutrients — high-dose vitamin A in particular — are specifically not recommended during pregnancy. We would rather you checked than guessed.
Honestly, it varies, and anyone who gives you a confident number is guessing. Supplements support general wellness gradually; they do not produce dramatic overnight changes. If a seller promises a transformation by a specific date, be sceptical.
Often yes, but more is not better, and some nutrients compete for absorption. Tell us what you are already taking and we will flag anything worth spacing out or discussing with a pharmacist.
Choosing the right product
That is the part of the job we like most. Message us on WhatsApp and describe your goal in plain language — your energy, your sleep, your digestion, whatever it is. We will ask a few questions and give you an honest recommendation, including “you probably do not need a supplement for this” when that is the answer.
Yes, and we can source specific requests through the same verified channels. Send us the product name, or a photo of the bottle, and we will tell you whether we can get it, how long it will take and what it will cost.
Several, yes. Each product page lists whether the capsule is vegetarian and flags allergens such as fish or soy. If you need us to check something specific, just ask.
Did not find your answer?
Ask us directly. There is no such thing as a question too basic — we would much rather explain something twice than have you buy the wrong thing once.
