GABA is one of the body's own calming neurotransmitters. This chewable formula pairs 500 mg of GABA with three companions often used alongside it — taurine, inositol and L-theanine, the amino acid found in green tea.
Because it is a chewable orange-flavoured tablet, there is no water and no swallowing large capsules. That makes it an easy one to keep in a bag or bedside drawer for the end of a demanding day.
Each bottle holds 90 chewable tablets — 45 servings at two tablets. Vegetarian and vegan-friendly, sweetened with xylitol and sorbitol rather than sugar.
